What we collect

We collect information you give us directly:

• Your name and email address when you join the camp waitlist or newsletter.
• Your name, contact details, and booking information when you reserve a seat at a camp.

How we use it

We use your email address to send camp dates, booking confirmations, and the camp updates you asked for. We use your booking details to run the camp you signed up for and to follow up with your personalized improvement plan afterward. That’s it. We don’t email you about things you didn’t ask about.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Your information is shared only with the service providers that power our operations, such as our website host, email platform, and payment processor, and only so they can deliver those services on our behalf. We may share your name and booking details with the coach running your camp so they can prepare for the session.

How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you share with us, and we limit access to the people who need it to run camps and respond to you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we treat your contact details with care.

Opting out

• Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to us and we will remove you.
• You can also contact us using the details below to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted.
