What we collect

We collect information you give us directly:

• Your name and email address when you join the camp waitlist or newsletter.
• Your name, mobile phone number, and message when you contact us through the chat widget on this website.
• Your name, contact details, and booking information when you reserve a seat at a camp.

How we use it

We use your email address to send camp dates, booking confirmations, and updates you asked for. If you opt in to text messaging through the chat widget, we use your phone number to send SMS and MMS messages, which may include replies to your questions, camp announcements, offers, and other marketing or promotional updates. Message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. See our SMS terms for the full messaging terms.

Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

Beyond that, your information is shared only with the messaging and service providers that power our communications, such as our website, email, and text messaging platforms, and only so they can deliver those services on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you share with us, and we limit access to the people who need it to run camps and respond to you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we treat your contact details with care.

Opting out

• Text messages: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
• Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to us and we will remove you.
• You can also contact us using the details below to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted.
